Not really, she just paid attention over the course of the year since I've started straight shaving. Funny thing, when we first chatted, she played dumb about "Should I have bought it? is 40 euro too much for it? maybe next time I go back it'll be there? is that a good brand?" etc... as I calmly answered all these questions she smiled mischievously then brought the box onto the screen, opened it, and showed me this razor.
She's a brat sometimes but I love her.

Yeah me too. If she's a hottie and she'll by you razors like that, then my advice to you is grab that one before she gets away.

    Default Home Sweet Home

Just to follow up on this thread, my girlfriend returned from her 8 month singing contract on the Mediterranean with goodies in tow. Including the aforementioned Novodur 14. I polished it up carefully, avoiding the goldwash bits, then taped and honed it up. Fili's have always been easy for me to hone and this was no exception. I'm sure one of the honemeisters can push the egde to pinnacle keenness, but I achieved a comfortable easy shaving edge all on my own. It's great to have my girl home, and the goodies are nice too

Congrats on the razor and your lady. Aren't supportive girlfriends/wives amazing. My girl just got me a thiers issard display case for my razors for my birthday. She listens to all of my insane "razor talk" and is very patient with my OCD.

Again, congrats and I'm glad she is home safe......your girl and the filly.

She's a keeper!!! If she supports your interest that is fantastic.

I found a Polaroid sx70 and some modern production film for it, as well as an old looking leather bound photo album. With it she shall document the travels we go on together. We're both travel nuts.
