    Well, there are two obvious things that jump out. First, the scales don't match the blade in that they are two different companies. Second, there is quite a bit of hone wear on the blade but worse the edge appears to have a frown--more wear on the edge in the middle than the ends. Despite this, that blade can easily be honed up to be made into a great shaver that will last for a long time!

    A rescale , there is what looks like pitting close to the edge if you look at the first picture.

    Looks more like oil in the blade in the first photo to me. There is a fair bit of hone wear and a rescale, but she'll still make a great shaver and, I would assume, a very reasonable price.
