Wow that is a fine set of razors!
You might apply a thin layer of mineral oil to keep
them so fine.
By the looks of them any of the better known honemasters here
could do the job. They may only need a touch up....
What do you shave with now?
If you are not a straight razor user now
and if you want to learn pick up a shave
ready razor from the Classified and learn the ropes.
Wow that is a fine box of steel....

Thanked: 0I have been using one that has disposable blades off and on. Just cheeks and parts of the neck and then i pull out my gillette to finish the job. I will definitely take a look at the beginner threads and a starter razor. Thanks!

Man, that is one very nice set.
If they were mine, I would send to Lynn at SRD, or check the classifieds/vendors corner for members offering honing/restoration services.

Very sweet
And an Heirloom to bootSomething of that nature I'd do my homework on where I send them. While I have every confidence in Lynn's skills, you may not have the same confidence we have. Read up and look at who's doing what. That way you will trust who your sending them to. Ask questions, this is a special set and if your like me, you would be upset on a whole different level if something went wrong.
Enjoy the set and the connection to the family
