    the one and only time i've tried to rescale I broke a sick pair of horn scales on an old cracked Wosty so I'm a little gunshy

    What Waterville is awesome. Looks beautiful, and they are very underrated as shavers too. Nice scores.

    well, the scales all look like they are in awesome shape, so maybe you'll just take them apart, clean and repin them.

    thanks guys, they are acually a lot better looking in person, my camera-fu is weak, and my battery was dying so I didn't even get to wipe the dust bunnies and fingerprints off lol

    All excellent scores, and I love the Waterville tang too. Of them all, I would like to find a Simmons Hornet for myself-have had numerous Simmons and all hone up to be great shavers. Yours looks like it might be a little larger than the standard 5/8 Simmons models; is it a 6/8? Congratulations.
