Thanked: 522Another fortunate find / $10
Back in February I went antique shopping in the heart of Pennsylvania Dutch country and came home with 14 razors in one day. One of them was this "KEEN EDGE" by W H Grevemeyer of Philadelphia.
I finally got time to re-scale it w/SRD faux ivory scales after I tumbled it to improve the metal finish. I would rather have sanded it first but would have lost the KEEN EDGE etching.
I did a simple pyramid and finished on the Nani12- Shap16 - the Escher - 5 laps CrOx and 150 laps on the English Bridle. What a great shaver.
Can you spell single pass? !!!!!Last edited by mrsell63; 07-18-2010 at 08:08 AM.

Thanked: 522WOW
I shaved with this razor today and what a soft and gentle shave I got from this great razor. After I used it, I stropped it on fabric w/CeOx and then another 100 on Bridle Leather. Looking forward to tomorrow's shave.

You know it's a good score when the replacement scales cost more than the razor...NICE! Speaking of those SRD Dovo scales, how do you like them?
