Thanked: 31You have a nice looking Boker there. The antique store finds are always fun.

What a sweet deal, too many times you go into the antique shop and they want 40$ for a rusted spine and what used to be a rusted blade.
It is easier to fool people than to convince them they have been fooled. Twain

Great score on a beautiful Boker, Library Guy! I gotta start scouring the local shops! By the way, "Ten dolla too beaucoup," that's funny. "You numba 10 GI." Great scene from a great movie.
There are many roads to sharp.

Thanked: 1195Great score!
I also have a "Boker for $10" story, not as fancy as yours but still a decent catch. I've been meaning to tell the story here, but first I will have to get some pictures.
Cheers,
Ryan

Uncommonly pretty Boker, with all the fancy trimmings! Congratulations The edge may improve with further honing, down the road. Takes several sessions sometimes, IMO.
