Thats a great looking razor with that worked spine and gorgeous scales.

I also have a "Boker for $10" story, not as fancy as yours but still a decent catch. I've been meaning to tell the story here, but first I will have to get some pictures.

Uncommonly pretty Boker, with all the fancy trimmings! Congratulations The edge may improve with further honing, down the road. Takes several sessions sometimes, IMO.

Real nice. The 1056 with the worked spine is a honey. I've not run into a Boker that wasn't a great shaver.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.
