Mr. Lee's Razors part 2
Well I think I am going to be able to pull it off. I managed to get my grubby hands on one of Mr. Lee's Razors without him noticing as he keeps the plaque in a drawer in his shop. I cleaned up the blade and wanted to get some replacement horn scales and get it back to him before he noticed it was gone. I sent out some PM's and I have to give a big HUGE thanks to Maximilian he didn't have any horn, but did have some micarta on hand to do the rescale. I cannot pin a razor without damage to the scales and it looks like crap anyway when I do it. Max not only did the scale job but honed it and had it back to me in less than 5 days THANKS MAX. I wanted to do something for MR. Lee as he has been a great barber and is generally a great guy. I hope he isn't to ****ed I didn't tell him about it . What do you guys think.

Thanked: 240Wow nice clean up! The scales are pretty sweet too, I can't see how he could be angry with getting such a looker returned to him, who woulda thought you'd find that mirrored finish hiding underneath he probably has forgotten that it once looked that good and it may bring him back some fond memories. If not let him know I'll give him a fair price for it

It looks awesome. I wonder if he will be ****ed about redoing the finish of the blade since the rest of them have a nice patina as well.

Gorgeous
I can't believe that's the same razor...It cleaned up really well. Wowwwww!! The spine work really comes through.
"What a difference a scale makes" too. Beautiful choice of scales and wedge.
