A Boker and Electric
Nothing fancy but I picked up a couple razors today while in town. The Electric (made by Electric Cutlery Co) in in good shape except someone has shortened the blade. Its now just a hair longer than 2". Hadnt seen one but i think its neat. The boker has light surface rust. There was an image on the blade I couldn't make out. I figured removing the rust would ruin the image. Turns out it didn't. The blade says "Edelwiess". Nice blade on the Boker but the scales look cheap. I think ill replace them.

Congratulations for acquiring two of the nicest shaving vintage straight razors in my experience. Your Electric (is it marked Newark NJ on the opposite side of the tang?) has been shortened, but in my experience they take and hold a fantastic edge, for very smooth shaving. Have it professionally honed and see! As for your Boker Edelweiss, mine is one of my favorite shavers. Yours looks great. Bokers are very hard to beat and the Edelweiss blades are superb, at least my two are. Great finds!

It looks like it has electric on one side and electric cutlery with some design on the other. I guess it was dropped is why they shortened it. Its kinds neat someone took the time to make it usable again and didnt scrap it.
