Thread: new straight razor for the newbie!

Good Evening All! Today my family & I went to a cool antique store and surprisingly, it had plenty of razors & all were in really good condition! I couldn't buy all that I wanted/saw, but the gentlemen told me I'm only 1 of 2 that seek out old SRs! I've never heard of this brand but then again I'm a newb' Can anyone help me out? I definitely went for the German steel, it's already shave ready(I stropped it a few times), all I had to do was take some never-dull to the blade and brass scale decorations, clean the inside of the scales with clp, and fine sand the spot between the tang and scales. let me know what you all think, not bad for $25.00 IMO
