    Default My "New" H.Boker!

My wife is awesome! She's cool and supportive of my SR collecting habit! So far this is my latest and greatest, it's a H.Boker & CO. I really like the scales and the blade is in pretty good shape as well, plus it came with it's original box. I don't know if $39.00 is too much, but I think my wife caught a good find for me. I'll post the cleanup pic's later on this week. Please give me feedback and tips, i always appreciate forum members' input!

I used to have a Boker "Good as Gold" with those scales. It was a nice shaver.
If you can hone that frown out, it should be a great razor for you.

Strange women lying in ponds distributing swords is no basis for a system of government.

As with any boker, should be a great shaver. Congrats!

Contact Glen at Gem Star Customs http://www.gemstarcustoms.com/index.php/home.html or Lynn Abrams on this site, I'm sure they can probably help you out, there are several more honemeisters on site also. I wouldn't try to hone that out if I were you JMO

Just contact the gentlemen who are offering their services in the classified's via pm. Most of us won't mention anyone by name except for Lynn simply out of respect. All of the gentlemen there are quite accomplished honemeisters. Some may and may not have the time it takes to grind a frown out. You can hone 3-5 razors in the amount of time it would take to get the bevel straight. First time may also cost a little more considering that time, but afterwards it would be at the normal rate for any of the honemeisters.

    Default Age...

I think the box is in real good condition, as far as I can see! As far as the age, ... I would guess 1920 - 1924 ???
