Talking Custom made SR stand/brush holder

I found this piece of wood with a beautiful curl in it and took it to my father's wood shop, we spent one week and several drawing plans to finally come to this conclusion. The blade is brand new (if you read my last post you know what happened to my last, and first, SR). The shaving soap is Edwin Jagger Premium Shaving Cream Sandalwood. Then brush is a badger brush that was handed down from my grandfather to my father, and then to me, as well as the mug, that is a 1970 Old Spice shaving mug.

Please let me know what you guys think

P.S. sorry for the crummy location, had to take the pic on my macbook in my dorm

nice piece of wood and i think it would look awsome if it was recessed at the top to accommodate the shaving cream and maybe a mirror aswell, if you need to be space conscience. just my opinion

That turned into a nice use of that wood.

Although, it wasn't tempting enough for a mischievous pencil sharpening demon before...now you left him half a tree?
