    Default Wade & Butcher Win!

    I finally won a Wade & Butcher. I think this was the ga-zillionth one I've bid on. Looks to be a nice faux frameback. The scales are really attractive as well.

    I strop my razor with my eyes closed.

    It's a Frame Back Wedge and one hell of a fine blade my friend ! Fantastic Score ! Here is a pic of mine, does yours have a little halmark on the tip of the tail, face side that kinda looks like a 2 That my friend is a great 150 + year old razor ! Congrats

    That particular style W&B is featured in Robert Doyle's book on Straight Razor Collecting as to the longest testimonial written on a razor or scales... Much more than "I am Good I will Shave Well"

    I had no idea it was featured in a book as the longest slogan or testimonial on a razor. I'm pleased to be sure but, I'm also anticipating shaving with it!
