Of course the rust/pittinh is very clear on the photographs, there's nothing hidden or anything, so I don't see how you can claim the item was not described properly.
You certainly gambled on the razor not knowing what you're doing, and you shouldn't feel like the seller is taking advantage of you if they refuse to take the razor back. I mean if you'd have gotten a mint condition razor for that price you wouldn't be requesting a refund because you underpaid.
After all the seller listed it at $9.99, and it's all the bidders who thought it's worth to them at least that and up to $80.
Just my perspective on it, which is a variation of - if you don't know what you're doing either don't do it, or live with the cost of doing it.
BTW I have returned razors when the photographs had the blades in a dark shadow without any possibility to tell what's there, and the description was 'no rust or pitting', contrary to what showed up in the mail.
