Close to NOS 13/16" Dubl Duck Goldedge
Picked up this 13/16" Dubl Duck Goldedge from a local antique shop:
There is the smallest amount of hone wear on the spine. If anything, this thing could not have been honed more than once. The gold wash is intact except for some water spotting near the stabilizers. I may have been taken for a ride pricewise, but I have been searching for a razor to baby, and I think this one will fit.Last edited by adbuett; 02-20-2011 at 10:51 PM.

I won't comment on the price you paid as we don't do valuation on the site, but I will say this: That is one gorgeous GE!
I have a 13/16 Wonderedge that is minty mint and it is a great shaver that I wouldn't trade for the world.
Ducks aren't rare really, but they are sought after and it can be hard to find the bigger ones especially in a round point it seems.
Enjoy it!

I have the exact same one wth the gold wash and blue paint still present. Wicked sharp once properly dialed in. Congrats on a wonderful razor.

I am wildly jealous! I've been lusting after a NOS-ish Goldedge or Wonderedge for a long while. Congratulations! =)
