I got lucky in Las Vegas today!!!!!

Found a gentleman that owns a small antique store who happens to be a straight razor collector. Well he brought in a box of at 50-60 straights from his collection for me to dig through. My wallet allowed me to walk away with these:

So we have two Dubl Ducks, a Leader (I liked the scales), and a J.A. Henkels with a messed up pair of scales that I will make a nice custom set for. All of the blades are in mint or damn close to it.

If I could have spend more money I'd have a third DD, the same as the two I now own, but with a rounded point and some other cool assorted blades. I couldn't believe how many of his razors were untouched except for the oil he put on them.

You made out like a bandido. Forget about the beautiful scales, the FWE Leader is one of the finest shavers you can get. The ducks are gorgeous.

HMMMMM!!! Dubl Duck. Killer razor porn Dude! Kind of funny considering the title of the thread that no one has asked you how you did in the casinos. My wife has been lobbying for a Vegas trip for years. I for one am just not the Vegas type. Never lost a thing in Vegas I need to go back after. Although I've spent more than my fair share of time in the desert, if there's razors like that available I may just have to go.

Yeah man luckily I'm from Vegas and my family still lives here so I have a reason for visiting other than loose women, gambling, and hard drugs.

How deep is that vein? Is it worth another straight razor prospector attempting to mine it?
