    Default Friedmann & Lauterjung Arrived

Cleaned up as good as I wanted, but gonna leave it as is, original ! Hone this baby up and shave with it. My new American Steel turned out to have an old nostalgic look about it, I like the original look of these old vintage razors, just clean em up, hone em, and shave with em ! Like they say "if it ain't broke don't fix it"
Not really sure what the scales are made of, the hardness and texture have me believing its Horn, and blade is either 1/4 hollow or near wedge.

I like the tip on that one. I got one w/ a tip like that. Helps when shaving @ the nostrils.

That one is for sure a keeper! Very old, heavy duty and lots of life left in it. Does not look to have suffered from uneven honing and will likely take a great edge and give an excellent shave! Let us know how it hones up and shaves for you, please.
