    Default E-bay Fluid Steel

I have a few Genevas, but before this no Gencos. Lots of rave review for the fluid steel on here so I went with this guy to quench the G-RAD (a somewhat rare form of RAD involving gencos/genevas). She's in pretty good shape-- very little hone wear, good bluing, just needs some hone and polish love. I paid what seems a little too much for a Genco, but lately decent Geneva/Gencos are going for $25+. I'm longing for the good old days of prices and I've only being doing this for 2 yrs!

Makes me want to send out the one I picked up in an antique store a year or two back...Not a wide blade, maybe 4/8, but a HUGE smile to it. Seems slightly uneven heel-to-toe, but will probably hone up alright. Just wanna send it to someone with more capable hands than these two left thumbs.

    Thumbs up

    Jason,
Congratulations...That's a nice score . Well done. RAD (or in your case, G-RAD) needs to be nursed and watched carefully
