Thread: Another no0b bitten by RAD!

Welp, I kind of bought a straight on a whim from the 'Bay, and I have officially contracted RAD. My wife IM'ed me this morning and said "did you buy ANOTHER razor?! This WILL be the last one for a while, RIGHT?" LOL!

So, in keeping with the tradition around here, here is what I have picked up in the last month:

Jones MFG Co. - Chicago, IL - paid $2.25 and is currently depinned and being restored (by me). I figured if I screw up a $2 razor, I won't be too mad





Sheffield No2 - no other markings - paid $9.99 - cleaned, dunked in alcohol, stropped on a shamWoW (seriously!) and started learning to shave with a straight. It works great!

Dayton & Hall "Wildwood" - paid $13.05 - hone wear is uneven, I might need help with this one getting 'er right.



10 Cara (no idea what it is), Deputy's safety, and Geneva Cutlery Co. frameback (I guess that is what you would call it? It looks like a replaceable safety razor, but the blade is hollow ground). Paid $12.05 for the lot.
