    Default My Dad's 1950's Razors

My Dad was a Barber and when cleaning out my Mom's house I came across his Barber Kit.

It had a Andis Master Clipper.

    1 - Carl Monkhouse De_Luxe

    1- Double Duck Satinedge

1- Otto Deutsch Hans (has a cracked scale by pin.

Just wondering if I should restore them and sell them, sell them as is?

Restore and keep because they're cool and learn to shave with a straightedge.

Anyone know what they are worth as is? Restored?

    welcome,
we're not allowed to value razors here on srp. but if i were you, and a lot of people here would to the same, i would clean them up or send to the get restored and keep them and use them. many people here, including me, wishes they had a straight razor handed down to them from the father, grandfather, etc. keep them and use them so that one day you can hand them down to your kids or grandkids someday.

+1 Get them cleaned and honed and learn to use them. You'd be starting out well as your father had great taste in razors.
