    I'm not a great photographer, just have my phone, and these are my first attempts. So these are not in great focus, or lighting. But here are close-ups. I would like the insignia on the tang to show up better, but like I said, I'm pretty low-tech and the phone doesn't focus well esp on the close ups.

    Congratulations . That is a work of art. Alex certainly knows what he's doing . Use her in good health. I am sure Hermann would have been proud too (and probably wished to shave his beard too ).
