Default Frank Revitt Hollow Ground, French Point?

Got this from the bay a couple weeks ago, came complete with coffin-style box. Horn scales are perfect, no marks anywhere on them, just chaffed a bit on the pivot end. This was the easiest razor I have ever honed. Got the bevel set and shaving off 8k, ran it a bit on the finisher tonight, and can't wait for tomorrow morning! Hot cup of coffee, bowl of Shave Den lather, and this bad boy singing across my face. Btw, is there any significance to a Sheffield blade with a french point? I know the lack of country pre-dates 1890, but I didn't know if someone could bulls-eye a date on this one. Very surprising how thick the tang is on this razor, too.

Edge needs a little fine-tuning, but otherwise shaves great! Shaves more like a wedge than a hollow ground blade. I was amazed at the condition of the horn, mostly. No markings on it, outside of wear.
