The german term Jungmeister translates "young master" and refers to a skilled worker who has just recently finished his apprenticeship to be "Meister".
This term was use as a trademark together whith a bow and arrow in a circle by one of the many Solingen Razor makers.
The company Wacker exist only since a short time, it is more ore less a one man show of Mr. Wacker himself who worked about 40 Years as a razor grinder for other Solingen companys. I read somewere that he worked for Puma and later when Puma stopped making razors for Dovo but I am not 100% sure about that.
For his own company he bought unfinished blanks from old Solingen companys that had closed their production and finished them under his own label.
Amongst others he used blanks from "Jungmeister".
I also read that "Jungmeister" was the company of Mr. Wackers father who was also a Razor grinder.
Back to Your blade: it is surely an old "Jungmeister" and therefore was not grind by the "new" Wacker company but it might have been made by Mr. Wacker Sr.
