    Default Please help ID with this thrift store find

    I know it is a HC Wentworth and son but that is about all any other information would be great

    Ummm... it was made in Germany!

    On a serious note, that's a nice looking razor, although you may need to grind her into a round or french point to deal with the chipping at the toe...

    I have been debating on what to do with at chip if anything but I co know that I will not bet the one to do any grinding on this little gem I am just to new at the straight world to try just yet.

    Or you could put a light smile in her. If you have trouble I would check the classifieds for one of our great restorers.

    According to Goins' Encyclopedia, H. C. Wentworth & Sons was in business from about 1909 to 1913.
