    On my doorstep when I got home today

    2.5 inch limited edition english bridal with canvas second

    I generally prefer a 2 inch wide strop but the 2.5 was all they were offering. It'll take a little time to break in but I can see this number getting quite a bit of use in my rotation.

    Very nice Michael.
    I was looking at one of those, I wish I had gone with a narrower strop for mine as well. Let me know what you think of their cotton component, I don't like poly.

    I'll keep you posted. Trey's (walking horse) is thinner than Kens (ruprazor) but stiffer right off the bat. I can't wait to see how it develops with use. I got a good feel from it already using it before my shave this eve. The leather is going to take a little getting used to but I'm sure it'll be just fine as well when broken in...has a little too much of a "waxy" feel to it at the moment
