Thanked: 43Just starting out...
Hello all,
Since I'm new here I figured I'd show you all what I've come by so far. All have been gotten of eBay for less than $20. The first is a Geo Wolstenholm IXL, second is a Wade and Butcher and third is a J.A. Henckels 50. I am not going to restore them because I think that if they are old they should look it. As long as the performance is not impacted.
I have had a few moments of good shaving with them but I am still learning and considering that I've been the one that has honed them I'm glad I still have a face. Once I get one worth sending out I will get it honed properly.
Cheers,
Richard

Thanked: 43Thank you all. I was impressed with the condition of them for sure. I just used some car polishing compound on the scales to brighten them up a bit. It works great.
