If I'm not mistaken, that's a Wade & Butcher Bow razor. Not sure of time period.

Thanked: 94I'll second that it looks just like the W&B Bow trademark.

Thanked: 1195I can't say the brand name with any certainty, but those scales are identical to those on my Genco. I suppose that doesn't mean anything conclusive.....

Thanked: 317I own 2 wade and butcher bow razors. That is a bow. No doubt about it. It looks to be well restored, although at some point, somebody had to sand the blade quite a bit. Every bow I've seen has a hallmark etched across the blade, although on one of mine it has been sanded half way off.
In best condition, you can read on the face of the blade:
THE ORIGINAL AND ONLY GENUINE BOW RAZOR

It's a W&B Bow & the scales are not original.
The white gleam of swords, not the black ink of books, clears doubts and uncertainties and bleak outlooks.
