it arrived today in the mail... i was so excited i tore open the packaging and was struck by something i never thought about.........
japanese people have tiny hands and i am a big guy.........lol..... i am so utterly stoked to have this and i will love it forever.... but it is a dainty little thing ain't it???

it did not come shave ready... i am here at work and fixing to hone it up *(must find the video for the PROPER method before i start
honing away...... )
i will also take some measurements off it and try to get a better shot of the markings on the blade....

Thanked: 69i watched gssixguns wonderful video on the kamisori... then broke out the chinese 12k and went to town.... then made a few passes on a strop with .5 micron diamond paste and then stropped it a couple strokes....
HOLY $*&T!!!! passed HHT on all parts of the blade and i was able to split a hair lengthways......
gonna be really really careful shaving with this tonight....

Did you use slurry ???
