I love the cream. I got it as an extra with a purchase from a member, and I fell in love with it. It's easy to lather, excellent lubricity and glide. I'm a soap guy, so that says a lot. I've ordered the classic scent A/S to pair with it, but the scent is light, so anything goes well.
I strop my razor with my eyes closed.

Thanked: 4Just tried this over the weekend. The scent blew me away.
I had my final haircut in a traditional barbershop when I was about 12-13. Rebellious, I guess. Couldn't take all of the "old guys" anymore. Grew my hair for the next 6 years or so. College photos are a bit frightening.
Fast-forward 40 years. Opened the tube of Musgo, started lathering, and... BAM! There I was, sitting in that leather chair. Looking down at the ornate "THEO-A-KOCHS" ironwork at my feet.
Don't know what it is. Menthol? Witch-hazel? Something else I can't put my finger on?
Worth it just for the memories.
And the lather was good too. Not too thick, not too loose, and stayed moist through the shave without fizzing out.
Only problem was a few tiny pimples the next day. Not sure if I can blame the cream. I was hurrying the shave and may have used a bit more angle and pressure than I ordinarily would.
Will definitely give it a few more chances. I think this is one where I don't have to mix in other products to get a good lather.

Thanked: 4After a couple more shaves, the minor skin problem was indeed my rushed technique. Very happy with this cream.
