The old "Hen and Rooster" razor
I just "doubled my treasure" - this is my second razor.
My recent acquisition is this GREAT shaver:
HEN & ROOSTER / 11/16 - MORE LIKE 6/8 / EXTRA FULL HOLLOW BLADE / SINGING / BAKELITE SCALES / LESSER COAT OF ARMS OF THE CITY OF HAMBURG SURROUNDED BY WHAT APPEARS TO BE A SILVER FRAME
Minimal & barely visible hone wear + very nice & even thin bevel - just like it needs to be on this kind of grind.
Shaves like a dream, it truly does!
I have to ask You gents something - can you give me an educated guess as to how old this razor of mine could be?
Thank you in advance.
A very prominent member of our community told me that, because of the name on it, this razor could be some kind of contract arrangement razor.
Well, it looks good to me, it is in great shape and it is a truly wonderful shaver.
Here are some photos:

If this is as nice as Hen and Rooster knives, you have a winner.
