Thanked: 118Good idea. I especially like the price.
Already too small for me though. I would use it for my shaving rotation, but I want a lock of some kind to keep little fingers out.
Come to think of it, I'm too picky. I'll probably do it myself and way over engineer it and spend too much money.May your lather be moist and slick, the sweep of your razor sure, and your edge always keen!

You probably should have bought a couple. Looks like it only holds about 8. Shouldn't take too long to fill the first one up

I have one too, holds the smaller 5/8ths razors fine, but the larger meat cutters, tend to have to sit at angles or or wedged in. I like it though.

Very cool. Nice find.
I'm a sucker for a stamped tail. Giggity.

Check out this one I got. It holds 12 and has a lock. Works great despite being a little tight for my larger razors but still looks awesome.

After seeing this post, I visited my local Rockler and picked one of these up (as well as a kit of micromesh for polishing).
I'm using the box to store just my razors made before 1830. All but one fit, and that one hasn't arrived in the mail yet.-Zak Jarvis. Writer. Artist. Bon vivant.

Thanked: 6I was going to say, is there a way to get the wood to shine? Old English polish?

Oh, I used the micromesh on my razors, not the box.
