Default custom japanese straight razor from tc blades

A beautiful japanese custom razor from tc blades. The handle is made from cocobolo with a sterling silver spacer and a ebony bolster. The saya (razor sheath) is made of ebony and walnut wood. The vent holes are lined in sterling silver. The razor has a hand engraved japanese pine tree on it. The razor is 0-1 tool steel. The process of working with tc to bring this razor to life was a great and enjoyable experience. Enjoy !

Have to say it, it's almost like a caricature of a Japanese razor. Lacks the restrained elegance of a Tosuke or Iwasaki etc. Just my 2c. Enjoy it in good health!

ive allready seen this on coticule.be looks fantastic but for me the typical henkotsu/tosuke kamisoris are more beautiful.

One mans taste to another's is different. To me it looks heavy in its lines and the markings on the blade are distracting. Not my taste but like the old saying goes " whatever turns yer crank man!" lol
