Thanked: 247King's 7 inch combo barber hone.
Yes, I did recently sell several barber hones, after realizing I didn't need them all. Yes, I have all the stones I need, +3. Yes, I bought another one. But isn't she pretty?
So, fellow rockhounds, anybody have experience with one of these?

That's a nice hone , Justin ! Unusually long , and it looks like it's in excellent condition . I'd call it a keeper .
Greetings , from Dundalk , Maryland . The place where normal people , fear to go .

No, no experience at all with that hone .... but I'm always jealous when someone else buys something cool. Stinkin jealous.

Thanked: 247Yes Dave, you're absolutely right. This one goes in the "me" pile. I couldn't let it pass me by with the extra size, and being a combo too. This one will be around for the long haul.
Martin, I did eleven strokes, each side, with lather, then 60 on linen. This was a razor that's been giving me fits for weeks, and I have to say it was better this time. Of course, I'm still all excited about the purchase, so we have to let that wear off before I can give an honest assessment. haha
