Antique Store Score, Wade & Butcher
After running a few errands today, I decided to check out one of the local thrift stores. There was a lot of junk razors but I think I might have found the diamond in the rough, and for $20 no less
I know there are two small chips in the blade that I think will be repairable, but other than that.... it seems pretty cherry to me. The scales I believe are horn and in good condition.
What you see it laying on is a new Snakewood billet that I bought for making new scales. I think there should be enough wood there to make anywhere from 4-6 sets of scales. Im stoked
I feel I am now getting addicted to this community.
