T.F. Bastet 8/8
Received my newest member of the herd today, this thing looks like a battle axe..
It is a 8/8 T.F. Bastet Sheffield & Amsterdam razor from the 1840s with oakwood handles. It weighs a stunning 174 grams! It is a sheffieldsteel wedge..
This is compared to my favourite 6/8 Liesé & Co.
Unfortunately I won't get to shave with it anywhere soon since I got some rash on my faceLast edited by KempieG; 04-18-2012 at 07:39 PM.

Nice! That is a heavy duty blade. Let us know how the shave goes when you can.

That is a very cool looking razor. I look forward to hearing how it shaves once that rash is gone
