Thread: Visit with Phil Dobson

Hey All,

Phil stopped by the house last week and I wanted to share some of the pics. Outdoor hone session, mystery stone, and great company. We even had the pleasure of having a little coffee break with Phil, his buddy Jack, and Jack's parents, that was a lot of fun.

Phils a great guy and a fantastic craftsman

Agreed, Pixelfixed! Phillip's convex-grind kitchen knives were spectacular. He even had lefty kamisori and a left-handed kitchen knife (since both he and his mom are lefties).

Phil's having his shop moved over the next 2 months, so he took the opportunity to go climbing somewhere in Banff with his buddy. Fortunately for us, his route took him through Spokane. It was a great impromptu visit.

What a fantastic surprise!
