Thread: My test set-up

Hi all,

I recently purchased a Dovo Redwood 5/8.
Very beautiful razor and does the job perfectly.
But a bit to expensive to experiment with a coticule.

So i bought a cheap DOVO 6/8 (56€) and a coticule (20cm - 5 cm).
I'm going to use this razor to learn the art of honing .

all I use before the coti is a DMT1200 diamond lapping plate (gives a quicker bevel setting than sitting at the coti)..though if you have more time..use the coti alone for everything
