Hall Warranted Stub-Tail Straight Razor
Hello all.
I know that I should post this in the Stub - Tailed Shavers section but I need some help identifying the maker.
I am waiting for this one from over the pond so I don't have any better pics at the moment.
The tang looks like it says "I HALL Warranted" so I don't think that it's a Clark and Hall. Some where on SRP there was some talk of a T. Hall so that's possible but has anyone heard of an I. Hall?
Every time I score a razor I keep thinking to myself " This will be the first one that I shave with" and then I score another...LOL Of course this one is not a looker but I like the slim style of it and hope to have it restored (some day) if not sooner. i think this style would be very appropriate to shave with. The first straight razor ever made will become the first razor that I learn to wet shave with.
Thanks

Thanks.
I wonder if part of the stamp has been honed/ scraped off?
I don't think i so since the word warranted is centered beneath the "I HALL" but off course there could have been more words top and bottom.

Could also be that it was made before Hall teamed up with Clark. Hall is a fairly common name though, so it might be a different individual.
Taking a second look, I've seen Clark & Hall razors that were obviously made, by their design, before your latest acquisition.
