Knives like that are a joy to use and look at. A mate of mine who I got started in knife making years ago, has much the same sort of knives in his own kitchen. Knives he made himself. Just like Stu's knife they are beautiful to look at, and, I suspect that Stu's knife would be just as beautiful to use as my mates knives are.
Great work Stu. I feel priviledged to have met a talent such as yours. I mean it mate. Well done.
