    Stu, that is a fantastic blade you have created. If it were mine, I would FIND a reason to use it everyday in the kitchen. I hope your friend enjoys it for years to come.

    Thanks, this was a flat grind. I thought about the concave grind but the intention is that this will be a everyday knife and I thought a more 'meaty' edge might be more appropriate. Not that I really know, this is my first knife.
