    Default Union Cutlery O-Bak

I got this on Ebay several months ago, but it had crappy scales. So, I polished it up really nicely, it only had one tiny pit anyway, and sent it off to gssixgun. He made me this beautiful set of tigers eye acrylic scales that fit the blade beautifully!

I haven't measured exactly, but she's about 7/8. Wicked sharp too!

    Thanks Glen!

So I managed to drop it last night and broke one scale off at the pivot. Couldn't even find the broken piece, and dinged the blade up a little bit too. Dammit!

It's a very nice blade and nice scales before they were broken. Looks like I'll have to have some more made soon. It's too nice a blade to just give up on.

Damn, sorry to hear about your luck. That's a beautiful piece though. Hope you get it fixed up and re-scaled soon!

I was careful, not to try and catch it when it fell. I could have, and started to, but held off.

I think I might have gone for it. Especially if it was done by Glen. Sorry for your loss. Just be glad it didn't hit anything "sensitive" on the way down! Or there would be two prized possessions in need of fixing!

Luckily the blade wasn't damaged outside of a few small dings that will hone out. I've just sent another blade off to Glen to get scales, so after I get that back, I'll send this one off to get dressed up again.

Sorry to hear about the razor. I've had that happen before when I was mesmerized by the beauty of the razor and before I knew it it was out of my hands and on the floor. From the looks of that one I can see myself getting mesmerized.
