    Seems I can't resist Sheffield razors with a heavier grind. This 6/8 arrived today and looking forward to shaving with it tomorrow morning.

    Nice! Say, that one appears to be pretty deeply double-stabilized. Are you certain it is ground that heavy? Nice piece! It should shave great.

    Sorry, I did not mean to imply wedge or near wedge just heavier that full hollow. It looks to me like a half hollow grind.

    there is 1/4 half and full hollow ground..then near wedge..full wedge is the heaviest I believe as far as vintage

    Shaved with it this morning without stropping it first. It gave me one of my smoothest shaves yet, velvety smooth. Phil from Classicedge did a superb job honing it to perfection. Just a joy to shave with.
