Default Stuff i had in a shoe box.

I just realize i had a brand new pack of segals de razor blades
for a long time now. Should i open it up and see how they shave.
I got a cool little travel safety razor with 5 vintage horse shoe brand blades
nice looking stuff i should sharpen and hone them.
I think the german one is silver plated.
Also a darwins safety razor with box.
    And many vintage blades.
What blade/ razor should i use first.

My old Boy Scout Scoutmaster (age 88 last year) gave me his father’s, brothers and brother in laws straight razors! None had seen a hone or a strop for 50 to 60 years!! They were stored un oiled in a box in his bedroom.

I stropped the hell out of each of them and they would still shave!! A Great Shave?? NO! A Decent shave?? Yes!!

I even sent one to Glen (GSSIXGUN) for a go at it and he found it amazing!! He was going to continue to ‘play’ with it but found a small crack in it. However he sent it to pinklather and he couldn’t believe that it would still shave!!

Give that blade a go and see what happens!!! You never know!!!
