Here is the story I got from the seller:

Thank You letting me know. In fact this email makes me feel a lot better.
As i mention early i never try to sell anything and run away from item.
I never thought the way You think. In fact it may be more valuable then
regular ones as this is a mistake done by factory.
About the story .
It has been owned before me only by one person.
He was army person stationed in Germany.
After he passed away his daughter sold this and i bought it.
it was never opened before had all paper attached to the blade.
I have opened and some Razor meeting people take look at it.
I never honed etc.
This is whole history of the blade.

They are the beautiful if I do say so myself. I was trying to find a flaw of any kind and it just ain't there.
I hate to disapoint but these will never see a hone, let alone my ugly mug. Admiring them is a humbling experience.

If I ever get to go to any of the get-togathers, I will certainly bring them.
