Default Jospeh Rodgers and Son Score

Recently picked this up from Ebay for 18.00 Dollars. The tang reads "Joseph Rodgers and Son, In service to their majesties, No6 Norfolk Street, Sheffield. The part with their stamp has half of it missing from wear but I could still make it out well enough. I'm no expert on dating Sheffield razors but I'm fairly certain this one is pre-1890. This is part way through my restore, it had a small chip in the edge which my OCD demanded be gone. Looks like its going to be a great shaver so far!Name: DSCN0055.jpg

Edit: Just noticed my thread name has a typo, you win this round dyslexia.

Good buy for $18. Let us know how it turns out.

Joseph Rodgers & Sons are great shavers. I currently have 7 and one more on its way. Of the razors I have tried or own JR&Sons are the best shavers......Enjoy!
