    Default Love making razor display stands

    Lots of experimentation today.Working with Damascus steel.ferric Choride,carmalizeing musk ox horn.Things I have not done before.
    The horn looks like amber after it is polished.
    I think the steel and the horn complimant each other.

    Wow that looks awesome. Musk ox is beautiful, and indeed looks great with the damascus.

    That first pic made it look bigger than it is, but it looks just right on that razor. Super cool!

    thanks all,am not well versed in steel. but after working Damascus,just fileling.sanding, polishing,it looks just like steel,Than after you clean and treat it, It is amazing,I love this stuff the metal pros here may think it is old hat,but I find it amazing.

    Thanks all,has nothing to do with talent,with some basic handtools and a vivid imagination,anyone, can create (make) anything your mind can conjure up.
