Picked it up on ebay. I know this has been a good company for knives and such in the past. It is a USA company. Anyone have any experience with this razor? I'll post pics after I receive it.

Got one and it is a dandy. Kinfolks was made up of the extended family of W.R. Case ...... hence the company name. Separate but family nonetheless.

Down there between your legs, it is like an entertainment complex in the middle of the sewage system. Who designed that?

It has blue scales and around the tang the steel itself looks blued and the auction said circa 1930??

Looked like it was in really good shape and it also said "mint" I hope it has never been honed and I have found a sweet deal...

Nice looking blade. Will you share some pics when you get her cleaned up and shave ready?

I will when she is shave ready. I don't have tools to clean them up but I got my hones and have had real good luck with the US steel I have been getting off of ebay! I am not real "handy" anyway and would need to learn how to polish and buff and sand etc...

Something like that just get some flitz and a couple paper towels and rub er' down. Stay away from the heat coloring as it will polish that away.

When I sanded and polished my goldedge with the gold still on the tang I used tape to keep me off the gold, it worked well but it is not electric tape as I have heard that can tarnish a blade but not the 3m brand.
