It started the other way around. I started with DEs, ( see posts 9 &10, page one) which is the beginnings. From there I grew into straights. Kills me now knowing all the straights I overlooked in the beginning. Now I tend to collect all facets of the shaving hobby for my collection. It's all good!

Thanked: 5I know this sounds like a lie, but you and I have been on a parallel journey. I started about 3 years ago and accumulated an almost identical collection. I bought a barber's chair and rotating sign as well. I bought 2 beautiful lighted china cabinets to display all of the stuff in but have yet to unbox most of it. I spent so much money in 2 years that it had a serious negative effect on my finances. I more or less stopped about a year ago after being audited and owing a ton as a result. My temptation overcame me and I recently ordered a Zulu Grey hone. I have restored and use about 150 razors as of today. I work on them regularly and have enough work to last the rest of my life. By the way , great collection.
