These arrived today for WhippedDog. I'm very happy with both the DE was cheap but feels nice and came with 5 Astra SP blades and the straight feels really nice and centers in the scales perfectly, it's also very shave ready. I shaved yesterday so should be ready to give it a go tomorrow can't wait!

Here is a little info on your new
    treasure...

    I got it from here...

Kind of cool knowing a little about your razor(s).
    Or at least IMO.

Your welcome... I like info as well. I bookmarked
this site a few years ago. I'm not sure where I
    ran across it.

To me it's kind of amazing the journey
this razor has taken during it's "lifetime".

From Germany to the US and now NZ.
Think of the hands that it has passed
    through since it was made.

Of course some of you are probably thinking
"this guy is nuttier than a fruitcake" for
putting this much thought into a razor.

It's a good site I've now bookmarked it. I didn't think my razor would be as old as it is but to my untrained eye looks good but I guess that's to be expected from whippedDog.

I don't think your crazy its pretty cool when you think about it. I wonder how many owners it has had!?
If I move back to the UK it can return home to Europe
