Thread: AAHHH glad to have it home ... !!

well i sent out a 8/8 Celebrated to " mycarver " to have my blade refitted with some new scales and a cleanup !! i am so impressed im afraid to get it dirty ...lol
he made the scales pretty much identical to the original and boy does this thing look gooooodddd !!
im almost afraid to post these pics because they cant even come close to doing this thing justice and that is no exaggeration at all , but ill share some anyway .. these are outside , still with oil on the blade so bare with me ...still kicking myself for leaving the oil on b4 pics and apologize to Mark for anything it takes away in the pics but i was to excited to even think bout it as it came out of the package and right to the hood of the car as i got home ..ive always had a appreciation for all who restore razors but to hold one in your hand after gives me even more thought about the things you guys do and the time and skill that goes into it .. ok i gotta stop my childish giddiness and post these pics ..
